Applying to Nursery 2028

APPLYING TO PRE-SCHOOL, RECEPTION AND GRADE 1

An interview with both parents together is an essential part of the admissions procedure. The interview invites parents to share openly about their daughter and for the school to ascertain that the family values and vision are aligned with the school values and vision in both academic and formative areas. Parents could have a second interview with the Head of Section / Head of School.

The applicant's parents must complete the online ADMISSION FORM. The link to this form will be sent by email. This application must be signed by both parents or by one of them if they have legalised power of attorney for this purpose. The following documents must be attached:

• A recent photograph of the child with white background in JPG format
• A copy of the child´s birth certificate
• A colour copy of the child´s DNI
• A colour copy of the mother's DNI
• A colour copy of the father's DNI
• Foreign families are required to present a copy of their Foreign Resident's card or passport.

Only applicants whose parents have attached all the required documentation, as well as duly completed and signed the admission form before the date stipulated as part of the admission process, will be considered duly registered.

There is a non-refundable and non-transferable fee of 500.00 soles for the services provided in the admission process. Parents will be able to make this payment after the Admissions Office has given them the corresponding code.

Once the admissions process has been completed, the Admissions Office will inform the decision to the parents by email.

Once accepted, local transfers must submit the following documents:

Nursery, Pre-School and Reception

• Vaccination Card (updated copy)

If the child has previously attended an educational institution (nursery / school) she must also present:

• Report Cards (in digital format)
• Single Registration Form with seal and signature of the Educational Institution's Director (in digital format).
• Proof of Enrollment with seal and signature of the Director of the Educational Institution (in digital format).

Grade 1

• Report cards (in digital format).
• Single Registration Form with seal and signature of the Educational Institution's Director (in digital format).
• Proof of Enrollment with seal and signature of the Director of the Educational Institution (in digital format).
• Vaccination Card (updated copy)

** For international transfers, only a copy of the current vaccination card is required.
