She is a founder and director of La RevoluciĆ³n, a non-profit association that teaches children and adults to eat and think through an innovative food education methodology and multiple educational campaigns.

The author of numerous publications, including Colourful Kitchen: Starting to cook (2009), a cookbook for children awarded in 2010 with the prestigious Gourmand award; and the book Coffee from the clouds, coffee from Peru (2010), which in 2011 was also awarded with the Gourmand prize and described as one of the best coffee books in the world.
