Our first meeting with the whole organisation team happened last Friday, October 19th, where the logistics of the conference were discussed in detail. We dived into the topics of culture, democracy, merchandising design, and even the great amount of surprises that will take place not only during the closing ceremony, but throughout the whole week of the conference.
